**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across different levels, including mid, senior management, technical, and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Use head-hunting techniques to attract top talent for niche and senior roles.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (experience in both IT & Non-IT hiring preferred).
- Strong sourcing, screening, and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be able to dedicate 8-9 hours per day to recruitment activities.
- Should have a computer, reliable internet connection, and phone to get started.
- Immediate joiners preferred (should be able to start within a week).

**Compensation**:
This is a freelance role with a performance-based payout model. Earnings will be based on the number of successful closures and agreed commission structures.
