Job Title: Freelance Recruiter

We are a growing startup focused on building a dynamic job portal that connects job seekers with the right opportunities. To scale our platform and expand our reach, we are looking for passionate and result-oriented Freelance Recruiters who can help us onboard maximum users by creating accounts on our portal.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to drive registrations and ensure maximum job seekers/employers create accounts on our portal. This is a performance-driven role, ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy networking and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote our job portal to potential job seekers and employers.
  • Generate and onboard maximum user accounts (job seekers & companies) on the platform.
  • Use online/offline channels, networking, and recruitment strategies to boost signups.
  • Educate users on the benefits of using our job portal.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts created and share progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Access to internet, phone, and basic digital tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven personality.

Compensation:

  • This is a freelance, performance-based role.
  • Payouts will be provided based on successful account creation/closers (details to be discussed during selection).
