Corporate Governance Role

Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, regulatory requirements and statutes. Prepare the organisation for an initial public offering (IPO) by filing a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP). Maintain records of board resolutions, minutes and statutory filings.

Provide strategic guidance on corporate governance and best practices to the board of directors. Oversee shareholder communications and ensure adherence to all legal obligations. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.

Manage the preparation of annual reports and disclosures as required by law. Support the achievement of organisational strategic objectives through effective secretarial and governance practices.

Candidates must have professional qualifications in Company Secretaryship from a recognised institution. A strong knowledge base of corporate governance and compliance in the healthcare industry is essential.

Excellent organisational and communication skills are required to manage secretarial responsibilities effectively. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders is also necessary. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are required attributes.
