Job OverviewWe seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Identify target markets, develop customer personas, and uncover potential growth opportunities.
- Oversee brand positioning ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate on content creation, social media, and email marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Build relationships with key clients, negotiate deals, and work to increase the sales pipeline and close rates.
- Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze revenue generation to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage marketing and sales budgets optimizing expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Track and report on metrics related to revenue, ROI, and campaign effectiveness providing insights for future strategies.
- Work closely with product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment in customer communication and product messaging.
- Regularly review and analyze performance data from marketing and sales efforts.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to assess performance and refine strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing or related roles with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
