Job Title: Strategic Marketing Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing roadmaps and campaigns to drive business growth in B2C and spearhead B2B market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with content and graphic design teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and oversee PLA and ad management.
  • Manage key account managers for e-commerce channels to drive revenue growth and organize events, exhibitions, and ATL/BTL marketing activities.
  • Identify and cultivate relevant Social Media Influencers and Brand Promoters to generate leads for B2B Sales through email campaigns, contacts and other BTL activities.
  • Contribute in preparation for B2B proposals, negotiating terms and handle Press Release as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have work experience of 2 years.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing with a strong Brand Building and PR inclination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent technical field is preferred.

Salary: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of product marketing, brand management, and channel marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in event organizing management for ATL and BTL activities, PR, and marketing communications - coordination.
  • Proficient in doing Market Research for new products development, identifying Beach Head Market, product life cycle planning.
  • Proficient in Business Analytics, Demand forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to travel as per business requirements, client meetings, demos and events.
