About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager - Interior Designer to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Marketing Manager - Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our interior design services. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our interior design services, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing concepts.
  • Create and Manage Marketing Campaigns: Design and manage engaging marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, to effectively reach and retain target audiences.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team: Work closely with the design team to create captivating visuals and marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand's message.
  • Manage Social Media Channels: Oversee and optimize social media channels to engage with our target audience, enhance our online presence, and drive website traffic.
  • Track and Analyze Marketing Metrics: Monitor and evaluate marketing metrics to measure campaign success, make data-driven decisions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Advancements: Continuously update knowledge on industry advancements, emerging marketing trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the interior design industry
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
