Digital Marketing Professional with Strategic Leadership

Mithros Chemicals PVT LTD seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English language proficiency, strategic thinking, and expertise in creating high-quality content for impactful engagement across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an individual who can develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.). This includes setting performance KPIs and overseeing the execution of campaigns to achieve ROI targets. Additionally, conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights to refine strategies is essential.
Campaign Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, , and other relevant channels. They will also manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and conversion (SEO/UX). Designing, developing, and publishing engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) is also part of this role.
Analytics and Optimization
This position requires monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot. The candidate will optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize results and improve ROI. Preparing and presenting detailed reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics is also necessary.
Team Collaboration
The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Business Development & Chemistry Team to align marketing objectives. They will scout external agencies and coordinate outsourced projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications
We require a 3-7 year experienced Digital Marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
Required Skills
A strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies is essential. The ideal candidate should have analytical skills, excellent communication and project management skills. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices is also required.
Benefits and Compensation
The compensation package includes a competitive salary with performance-based incentives. We estimate the salary to be around ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum.
