Our company is seeking a senior business development professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering success in corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Securing high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Managing and growing key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Taking ownership of account P&Ls, driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Leading teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects — from pitch to execution — across multiple event formats.

Requirements for the role include:

  • 5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Event production, costing & budgeting know-how.
  • Familiarity with event planning tools/software.
