
Senior Business Development Lead

This role is a senior-level position that oversees the development and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to meet and exceed sales quota achievement.
- Analyze and oversee growth strategies roadmap, new programs, and strategic partnerships.
- Implement sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales target attainment and expand customer base in support of company growth strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in direct selling and sales management with a strong understanding of sales process, consultative selling, and ability to showcase offerings in a compelling way.
- Strong experience establishing and meeting sales targets, goals, and objectives, and forecasting monthly/quarterly revenues.
- Motivated individual with solid business acumen, strong communication and presentation skills, and good understanding of software industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related field.
