Job Title: Business Development Professional

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to expand our presence in the dynamic Mumbai ecosystem.

This is a full-time, field-based role for self-starters who love interacting with people and can close deals with confidence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching potential clients, communicating our value proposition, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, visit, and pitch our services to restaurants, salons, creators, brands, event venues, and local businesses.
  • Communicate our value proposition clearly and effectively.
  • Meet monthly conversion targets by converting leads into long-term customers.
  • Foster and manage strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Execute brand awareness campaigns in high-footfall areas.
  • Record and report daily activity: leads generated, visits made, deals closed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales or field marketing.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills; confident and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently & meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the creative, events, or startup industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi preferred.
  • Two-wheeler with valid license is an advantage.
