About Dreamfoot

Dreamfoot is an innovative company seeking a driven Business Growth Specialist to expand our business by increasing the reach of our services to various stakeholders, including business owners, partner agencies, and corporate communication heads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our company, services, target market, and domain of operation.
  • Conduct extensive research on business opportunities, target markets, and domains of operation.
  • Craft effective business communications through written emails.
  • Identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients on social media or through cold calling.
  • Pursue inbound leads, gather project requirements, and qualify leads via phone or video calls.
  • Prepare and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their objectives.
  • Promote new business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
  • Develop and enhance marketing and sales materials to aid the business development team in closing deals.
  • Ensure compliance with established laws and guidelines while preparing sales contracts.
  • Analyze and manage data (CRM) to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to devise new offerings that increase revenue from existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree with at least 1 year of experience in sales/business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English language.
  • Target-driven, proactive attitude, with a willingness to tackle challenges tied to compensation.
  • Strong research capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Office, G Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho).
  • Experience with prospecting using software such as Apollo and Signal Hire will be beneficial.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per month, depending on experience.

Work Environment

The job is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, and requires working from the office. The working hours are 8 am to 5:15 pm, with two Saturdays off per month.
