About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our training and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs that drive business results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training plans that address organizational skill gaps and strategic goals. This includes designing customized training programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing training content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs.
  • Design comprehensive, customized training plans that address organizational skill gaps and strategic goals.
  • Implement leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees and build future leaders.
  • Develop and manage training content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource utilization.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 7 years in Training & Development, with a proven track record of delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs.


• Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.


• Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
