Job Title: Senior Training Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our training initiatives across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Food and Beverages (F&B), including liquor service standards, and the ability to design structured training modules for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and increasing staff efficiency.
  • Standardize operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff, emphasizing effective communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and develop targeted training initiatives that drive business results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in F&B training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry), with a strong track record of success in developing and implementing training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards, as well as a keen understanding of customer preferences and behaviors.
  • Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments, with a focus on engaging employees and driving learning outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Frequent travel required, with opportunities to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to business growth.
