Job Description

This role involves overseeing the strategic management of multiple programs across various departments. The Associate Program Director will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-year roadmaps, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring financial accountability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale projects to completion.

  • Manage small-scale programs with well-defined plans and delivery methodologies.
  • Drive strategic programs, including new product introduction, technology deployment, and connected care solutions.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of programs, from planning and scheduling to budgeting, resource allocation, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including design and quality teams, through the product development process.
  • Plan and manage portfolio-level AOP/budgets.
  • Act as a liaison between operating units and global teams.
  • Present analysis and updates to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 18 years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years of project management experience in medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI or other tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or ART experience.
