We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our corporate employee solutions program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business insights, providing strategic recommendations, and driving key initiatives.

  • Develop in-depth business analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive corporate employee solutions
  • Analyze business performance data to identify key trends and areas for improvement
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior management through engaging and informative presentations

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with stakeholders across business teams, channels, and central teams to understand corporates, new sourcing, and existing book mapping details
  • Track business performance for key insight analysis and drivers
  • Share data with senior management to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard operating procedures (SOP)

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in corporate salary field and understanding of business from a field perspective
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data manipulation tools like pivot tables, vlookup, sorting, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills for creating engaging PowerPoint presentations
