Job Title:

Center Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Center Manager to join our team. As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our center.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, mobilization, and enrolment processes. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high-quality academic results.

Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
  • Mobilization: Establish and maintain key partnerships with institutions and governments to ensure effective mobilization.
  • Enrolment: Supervise enrolment processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Training: Own the training process to ensure adherence to processes and high-quality academic results.
  • Placement: Monitor and enable student participation in placement activities.
  • Student Journey Management: Oversee the entire student journey, from enrollment to placement.
  • Batch Progression and Outcome Monitoring: Analyze batch progress and outcomes to inform future improvements.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Center Manager, you will need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the skill development industry, with 3 years in team management.
  • Experience in donor-funded skilling operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including patience and perseverance.
  • Ability to counsel students.
  • Inclination towards society and working with marginalized communities.
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage.
