Are you a seasoned program manager seeking a new challenge? As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations in the Banking/FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive technical roadmaps to deliver end-to-end program goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and change requests.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans under Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders on program progress and status.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required, along with 5-7 years of experience in program/project management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms, as well as knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML is a plus.
