Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and emerging technologies like Agentic AI and CRM Analytics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture discussions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Define scalable architecture patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and present architectural approaches to clients.
  • Oversee governance and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards.

Required qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with AI/ML features in Salesforce, particularly Agentic AI, Einstein GPT, or Copilot.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
