Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead our Salesforce operations.

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning) to meet business needs.
  • Configure Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards for improved productivity.
  • Manage security (profiles, permission sets, roles, OWDs, sharing rules) to ensure data integrity.
  • Data stewardship: imports/exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups for efficient data management.
  • Sandbox strategy, release/change management (Change Sets/DevOps Center) for smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with business and developers on requirements, UAT, and deployments for successful implementation.
  • Maintain integrations with upstream/downstream systems for seamless connectivity.

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments for proven expertise.
  • Expert in Lightning configuration and Flow automation for increased efficiency.
  • Strong data model design, object/field governance, and security model for robust data management.
  • Reporting/analytics proficiency and user training/support experience for effective communication.
  • Working knowledge of SOQL and DevOps practices for Salesforce for streamlined processes.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud for expanded skill set.
  • Exposure to MuleSoft/other iPaaS; basic Apex understanding for coordination.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred for advanced skills.
