  • Leads cross-functional teams to implement scalable and effective Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop custom solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manages the development and maintenance of Salesforce configurations, including data models, security settings, and access controls.
Salesforce Implementation and Customization
  • Designs and implements end-to-end Salesforce solutions, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Customizes Salesforce to suit business needs by creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Develops and maintains Salesforce data models, security settings, and access controls, ensuring a secure and stable environment.
Salesforce Integration
  • Integrates Salesforce with other systems, such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and third-party applications, streamlining data flow and maintaining data integrity.
  • Designs and implements data integration processes, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Collaborates with integration teams to define requirements, perform system testing, and troubleshoot integration issues.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Documents Salesforce configurations, customizations, and system processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain an up-to-date system documentation.
  • Creates reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
  • Analyzes data trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for system optimization and enhanced user experience.
