Training Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Training Programs: Our team is responsible for executing comprehensive training strategies across various disciplines to equip our teams with the necessary skills. This involves planning and coordinating training schedules, ensuring trainer availability, and conducting quality control checks.
  • Driving Performance Excellence: We aim to drive and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals (first successful cross-sell within a defined timeframe). We take corrective actions to close performance gaps and ensure that our teams meet their targets.
  • Building Team Capability: We conduct in-depth training sessions, provide coaching and feedback, and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs to enhance trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence. This enables our trainers to deliver high-quality training experiences.
  • Governance and Feedback Mechanisms: We ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, capture and share training data and insights, and provide regular feedback to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
