Job Opportunity: Procurement Trainer
Procurement TrainerWe are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Procurement Trainer with over 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, cost reduction, supply planning, and ERP systems across multiple industries.
- Design and develop engaging training programs for procurement teams to ensure best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement in procurement operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems.
- Develop hands-on training materials on contract negotiation strategies, supplier risk assessment, and cost optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with procurement leaders, supply chain managers, and quality teams to align training with organizational goals.
- Work with ERP/IT teams to train users on system transactions, dashboards, and procurement analytics.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in procurement training or related field. Knowledge of ERP systems, contract negotiation, and cost reduction strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills.
