Electronics Procurement Specialist Job Opportunity

Are you an electronics procurement expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented and experienced Electronics Procurement Specialist to join our team.

  • Review and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to generate accurate quotes for prototype and bulk production projects.
  • Source active and passive components, PCBs, and electronic parts globally through various suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Build and manage relationships with key vendors; evaluate supplier performance and reliability.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure project success and meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to align procurement processes with project timelines.
  • Utilize software tools such as ERP systems to manage procurement processes and maintain accurate data.
  • Monitor market trends, component availability, and price fluctuations to minimize risk and optimize sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

We are looking for an Electronics Procurement Specialist with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, BOM-based quoting, and global sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with procurement software tools such as ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
