The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Liaising with superintendents to ensure prompt supply of technical spare parts;">
  • Arranging logistics to connect the spares to the vessels;">
  • Preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, and proforma invoices;">
  • Following up with quotations from suppliers;">
  • Processing invoices and verifying vendor invoices against quotations;">
  • Documenting filing and printing of invoices; and">
  • Performing other duties assigned by the manager or superintendents.">
