Training Program Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Program Manager to oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive training programs for beauty advisors, field sales teams, and retail partners. The primary goal is to enhance sell-through, service standards, and launch readiness through end-to-end training solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will develop curriculum and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails.
  • They will design multi-format content including presentations, playbooks, videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English to cater to diverse learning needs.
  • This role requires close monitoring of product knowledge compliance and ensuring accurate demonstrations during training sessions.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for scheduling and tracking training sessions using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting impact using dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup & skincare principles, ability to explain INCI and shade science concepts clearly.
  • Bilingual: proficiency in both Hindi and English with excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
