Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and execution of comprehensive training programs that align with our company's long-term objectives. This includes developing training initiatives that are forward-thinking and in line with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Training Program Planning & Execution:
    • Lead the design, planning, and execution of comprehensive training programs for our team members.
    • Develop training initiatives that are forward-thinking and in line with industry trends.
    • Oversee and refine the training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Provide strong leadership by managing and mentoring senior team members to drive performance excellence within the training function.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that trainers and process coaches are well-equipped to meet our company's goals.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:
    • Lead the implementation and evolution of quality management practices across training programs.
    • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics and feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align training strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Develop and implement robust performance tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Innovation in Training Methods:
    • Drive the adoption of new training technologies and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in training operations, process coaching, or quality management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of HCC coding systems.
  • Leadership and training expertise, including advanced problem-solving abilities.
