Job Title: Visionary Learning Strategist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and visionary leader who can design, execute, and oversee impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop scalable programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative learning and development strategies that support organizational goals and future business needs.
  • Develop high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement, behavioral, soft skills, and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through the development of tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training initiatives and business objectives.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
