Job Title: Senior Learning Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, execution, and enhancement of our learning initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping our talent capability framework, driving leadership development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in both technical and behavioral training, proven experience in leadership development, and the ability to align learning strategy with business priorities.

This involves leading the development and execution of our organization-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Designing and overseeing structured learning programs addressing upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
  • Driving onboarding and training programs for new hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
  • Developing leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Spearheading the adoption and management of learning management systems (LMS), digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness, monitoring learning KPIs, and assessing ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.
  • Collaborating with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, co-create solutions, and ensure high-impact delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development.

They should possess strong background in designing and executing learning interventions in engineering, infrastructure, or consulting industries, along with proven expertise in leadership development, talent capability frameworks, and succession planning.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital training solutions is essential, as well as exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach.

Strong analytical and program evaluation capabilities with the ability to demonstrate ROI of learning initiatives are highly desirable, along with certifications in instructional design, coaching, or L&D methodologies.
