Learning and Development Strategist

The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Specialist to lead our central Learning and Development programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of these programs, ensuring they meet our high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Learning and Development strategies aligned with our business objectives.
- Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement through various channels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality programs.
- Track program performance, maintain documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support strategic L&D initiatives, including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently.
- Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- A collaborative team player with a growth and learner mindset.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics for program decisions.
