About CMR: We are India's largest producer of Aluminium and Zinc die-casting alloys with a combined annual capacity of over 418,000 MT per annum. Since our inception in 2006, we have maintained our fast-paced growth by leveraging the latest technology and continuous improvement.

We recycle aluminium scrap to make alloy, holding 28-30 percent market share in India and being nearly three times larger than our nearest competitor. We have a strong presence across PAN India (North, West & South) with 13 manufacturing units, 5,000-strong workforce, and supplies to major automotive industry players in India including Maruti Suzuki, Honda Cars, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, and Royal Enfield Motors.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving business growth and profitability by managing and expanding key client relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, guiding them through our product offerings and solutions to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will handle current key customer accounts, collaborate with sales coordinators and head of sales on filings, entries, bill creations, and other documents. You will also maintain and update sales accounting reports, acquire new accounts, and work on end-to-end sales processes.

Your responsibilities include liaising with customers, management reporting, MIS, and internal reporting. Key competencies required are strategic thinking, leadership and team building, market analysis, customer focus, communication and presentation skills, and financial acumen.

Requirements
  • Candidate should have a full-time degree in commerce or engineering graduate or business administration from a reputable institute.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing roles with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity as a key account management KAM.
  • Desirable qualifications include an MBA or PG diploma in management.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum based on industry standards and location. This estimate may vary depending on individual performance, company policies, and market conditions.
