Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at [Kickr Technology], you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with new and existing clients. Your deep knowledge of IT products and solutions will be crucial in understanding client needs and providing tailored recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our IT products and services, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- **Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive product improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Product Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
