**Job Title: IT Sales Executive**

**Reports to: Sales Manager / Director of Sales**
**Job Summary**:
The IT Sales Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. The Sales executive will work closely with potential clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how the company's SaaS solutions can address those needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the SaaS product, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- **Product Demonstration**:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the SaaS solutions.
- Customize presentations based on the specific needs and pain points of the prospect.
**Client Relationship Management:Sales Strategy and Execution:Collaboration:Reporting and Documentation**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
- Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, client needs, and product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- **2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar role.**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills:Additional Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented with a high level of self-motivation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
