Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in Vellore, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data management to ensure 100% coverage in assigned territories and tracking key performance indicators.
- Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
- Service delivery and client retention.
- Providing market insights and data analytics to the Marketing team to launch targeted promotional initiatives.
- Achieving targets in designated areas.
- MAPPING NEW PROJECTS & NEW BROKERS IN DESIGNATED TERRITORIES TO ENSURE COVERAGE ACROSS DESIGNATED TERRITORIES.
- Relationship Management with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
Requirements:
- Graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales.
- Worked in real estate industry.
- Outgoing personality and confidence, self-motivation, dexterity in creating and delivering presentations.
- Resilience and persistence.
- PASSION FOR SELLING AND DEXTERITY IN COMMUNICATING WITH PEOPLE AT ALL LEVELS.
- Strong implementation skills.
