International Sales Business Development Executive for Noida

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, business development, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the Sales team and scheduling phone-based meetings with prospects.
- Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning company services.
- Present key selling points, features, and benefits while remaining focused on the prospects' needs and expectations.
- Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts, and budgets.
- Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision-makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the future.
- Persuade right party contacts for phone meetings with the sales representative.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in qualified lead generation with an IT services based company.
- Expertise in lead generation through cold calling, email marketing, and social networking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
