Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, business development, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the Sales team and scheduling phone-based meetings with prospects.
  • Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning company services.
  • Present key selling points, features, and benefits while remaining focused on the prospects' needs and expectations.
  • Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts, and budgets.
  • Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision-makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the future.
  • Persuade right party contacts for phone meetings with the sales representative.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in qualified lead generation with an IT services based company.
  • Expertise in lead generation through cold calling, email marketing, and social networking.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

About the Role:
