Sales and Business Development Executive

At Urban Avenues - Your Investment Consultant, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and qualify potential clients.
- Outbound Calls: Make outgoing calls to prospective clients, present our services, and schedule appointments for our business development team.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, track interactions, and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector, including Noida and Noida extension projects.
- Goal-Oriented: Be results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Location: Candidates residing in Noida, Ghaziabad, or nearby areas are preferred.
