Fleet Sales Leadership

Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive sales growth, expand customer base, and achieve revenue targets.

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development:
    • Develop strategic plans to drive growth and market share.
    • Identify corporate clients for fleet sales opportunities.
    • Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and institutional clients.
    • Negotiate fleet sales agreements, contracts, and pricing structures.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management:
    • Lead and mentor the fleet sales team, providing training and performance management.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings - ensuring targets are met and provide reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing/finance and after-sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns, smooth order processing, invoicing, and delivery, and excellent post-sales support and service.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sales practices.
