
Bidding & Business Development Strategist

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to oversee and guide our bidding team, crafting strategic approaches, refining proposals, and driving increased conversion rates.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated Upwork bidding expertise with a strong track record of securing high-value projects.
- Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members).
- In-depth understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.
- Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication.
- Knowledge of software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
- Effective management and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
