Job Title: AdTech Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AdTech professional to lead our programmatic monetization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and be able to drive revenue growth by optimizing technology, integrations, and yield strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maximizing Yield: Design and execute strategies to maximize yield across programmatic channels (open auction, PMP, programmatic direct).
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor eCPM, fill rates, ad load, and ad vital metrics to continuously improve monetization.
  • Inventory Analysis: Analyze inventory performance and recommend structural changes (floors, packaging, taxonomy).
  • Integration Leadership: Lead integration of SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners, and header bidding solutions.
  • AdTech Advancements: Drive adoption of advanced AdTech solutions (Prebid, Open Bidding, server-to-server setups).
  • Troubleshooting: Ensure smooth technical setup, QA, and troubleshooting for all partners.
  • Ad Server Management: Manage and optimize ad server configurations (Google Ad Manager or equivalent).
  • AMP and mWeb Solutions: Develop scalable solutions for AMP, mWeb, and app monetization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement new formats and platform improvements.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry changes (Privacy Sandbox, identity solutions, supply path optimization).
  • A/B Testing: Run controlled experiments (new formats, demand partners, floor strategies) and scale successful ones.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in AdTech, Programmatic Monetization, or Yield Management.
  • Programmatic Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, data partners)
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Open Bidding, and header bidding frameworks.
  • Monetization Dynamics: Deep knowledge of AMP, mWeb, and app monetization dynamics.
  • Cross-Functional Abilities: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and editorial teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
