Job Description
">We are seeking a seasoned Bid and Proposal Manager to lead our end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission. This key role involves managing the entire lifecycle of bids, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
">In this position, you will conduct research to identify new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals. You will develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, leveraging in-house model benefits, Gen AI, and creative capabilities.
">You will collaborate with global and local teams, including creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs. Your ability to implement Gen AI in research tasks & day-to-day will be essential in driving success.
">Crafting impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers is a crucial aspect of this role. You will maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
">Additionally, you will ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards. Tracking bid performance metrics, analysing win/loss trends, and refining strategies for continuous improvement will be your responsibility.

Skills & Experience Required:

- 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.">
- Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.">
- Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.">
- Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.">
- Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).">
- Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etc.">
