
Senior Business Development Manager for Microsoft Solutions

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead demand generation and build a high-quality pipeline for our Microsoft services portfolio (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related solutions).
The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in B2B lead generation, campaign management, and sales pipeline nurturing, specifically within the IT and Microsoft ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to target enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients for Microsoft solutions.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, , cold calling, webinars, events, partner programs).
- Build and optimize databases of potential customers using CRM and lead intelligence tools.
- Qualify leads through structured discovery calls and handover to sales for closure.
- Collaborate with Microsoft partnership teams to leverage co-selling opportunities, incentives, and marketing funds.
- Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with email automation, Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and lead intelligence tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs) generated monthly.
- Contribution to sales pipeline revenue.
- Campaign ROI and lead conversion rates.
