Cloud Solutions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Manager to drive our Azure growth and Esri/Microsoft alliance strategy. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our cloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Co-Sell Opportunity Management:
    • Manage Co-Sell Opportunities:
    • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with our sales teams to validate and align opportunities, ensuring timely registration and management within Partner Center.
    • Track Progression: Monitor pipeline progression, close-won reporting, and ensure opportunities are linked to Azure consumption and incentive eligibility.
  • Partner Center Administration:
    • Enterprise Agreement Management:
    • User Role Management: Manage user roles, permissions, and organizational details within Microsoft Partner Center.
    • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Microsoft partner program requirements (competencies, certifications, incentives).
  • Azure Sales Operations:
    • Azure Consumption Monitoring: Monitor Azure consumption revenue (ACR), active usage, and related KPIs.
    • Sales Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reporting and insights to leadership on Azure sales performance.
    • Deal Registration: Support internal account teams with deal registration, workload categorization, and customer mapping.
  • Incentives & Marketplace:
    • Incentive Management: Manage enrollment in Microsoft incentive programs and ensure timely claims submission.
    • Incentive Reconciliation: Track and reconcile incentive payouts; resolve disputes when needed.
    • Marketplace Management: Support publishing and maintaining solution offers in Microsoft Commercial Marketplace (AppSource & Azure Marketplace).
  • Reporting & Governance:
    • Dashboards and Reports: Develop dashboards and reports for leadership on co-sell wins, Azure KPIs, and incentive performance.
    • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain documentation and compliance with Microsoft partner policies.
    • Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and Microsoft Partner Center support teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, Azure services, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data-driven insights.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
