About the Role

As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for delivering and onboarding our software for customers. This includes technical discussions, solution design, and project management.

The person will own the customer relationship end-to-end — ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and being accountable for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include solving complex technical challenges, architecting scalable solutions for large enterprises, integrating Lucidity seamlessly into their cloud infrastructure, and driving technical solutions discussions with customer teams.

You will also deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients, have a deep understanding of end-to-end customer operations, and work as a consultant to customers in identifying key business challenges and positioning technology solutions to address those challenges.

In addition, you will work on long-term strategies to improve customer business operations through data management tools and services, delivering continuous value to customers' business.

Educational activities include educating customers on best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales.
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role.
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Account management and project management skills.
  • A strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.
  • Travel to prospective customer sites as necessary.
  • Prior experience in the storage domain would be an added advantage.
