- Partner with leadership to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition and retention, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals to fuel business growth.
- Implement end-to-end recruitment solutions, leveraging expertise to attract top talent.
- Provide exceptional support in HR operations, ensuring seamless integration of tasks such as payroll coordination and employee record-keeping.
- Design and implement innovative HR policies, performance review frameworks, and appraisal systems that drive growth and excellence.
- Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and encourage collaboration among team members.
- Collaborate with leadership to build a talent pipeline for future expansion, driving business success through strategic planning.
- 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations) with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance, with the ability to adapt to changing regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
