Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional with exceptional interpersonal skills to support the channel partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound requests and inquiries from channel partners and internal stakeholders, providing broad-based operational support to our NextWave partner program. This includes responding to requests related to channel business process support, training and enablement, master data management, exception process handling, and providing information on the partner program.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and enable business process improvements. They will also lead and support the establishment of strong trusted partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization. Additionally, they will assist with tool maintenance and data clean-up projects, document processes and procedures, and provide research, reports, and craft systems and processes that enable sales relationships to run smoothly.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in managing high-volume cases using an email-based ticketing system or similar. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are essential. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for presenting topics to various audiences. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC tools is necessary. Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process and being accountable to stakeholders is required.
