As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our commercial partners, ensuring that they have the resources and information they need to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality financial reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA qualification with 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
