Job Title: Business Finance Manager

Department: Finance

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and planning support to business units to drive financial performance and business outcomes.

  • Financial Insights:
    • Provide financial data to support decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Lead the annual budgeting process.
    • Develop quarterly forecasts and monthly reports.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
    • Present findings with actionable insights.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Monitor spends and ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics.
  • Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
