We are seeking a seasoned Business Partner to bridge the gap between IT and Finance teams.

This role demands expertise in SAP FICO & PS, finance and accounting processes, and the ability to evaluate and deliver initiatives that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Finance leadership to assess initiatives for SAP standard fitment, ensure governance, and compliance.
  • Partner with VP Finance and Global Process Owners to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related projects.
  • Drive alignment with standard SAP processes and provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules.
  • Support integration of Finance with Procurement and other business functions.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with Finance leadership for transparency and prioritization.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and audit readiness for finance systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10–15 years of experience in SAP FICO and PS.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes: AP, AR, GL, Asset Management, Controlling, Project Costing.
  • Proven ability to evaluate initiatives against SAP standards and propose best-fit solutions.
  • Experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, or Service Manager in Finance/Procurement.
  • Understanding of Procurement and Analytics integration with Finance.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage senior executives.
