About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FI Consultant with 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) modules, hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancements, and a solid understanding of integration with CO, MM, and SD. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, client-facing skills, and the capability to lead functional design and configuration activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver SAP FI solutions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
  • Work on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP FI modules and ensure seamless integration with CO, MM, and SD.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing activities and provide production support.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP FI experience with at least 2–3 full life cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.
  • Good knowledge of integration points between FI and other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD).
  • Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, IFRS/GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Finance.
  • Knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management, and New Asset Accounting.
  • SAP FI Certification.
