Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead cross-functional initiatives, drive financial transformation projects, and oversee governance processes across Finance, Projects, Procurement, and Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Lead the execution of strategic projects and initiatives from a senior leadership perspective, encompassing financial digitization and automation.
  • Governance Management: Oversee governance calendars, ensure timely CFO reviews, and track critical deliverables across finance verticals (FP&A, Tax, Treasury, AR/AP, Compliance).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Projects, Procurement, HR, Legal, and Business Heads.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Prepare and monitor business performance dashboards, highlighting exceptions on key financial indicators, risk areas, and compliance gaps.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare executive presentations, management information systems packs, and board decks.
  • Process Standardization: Ensure alignment of finance standard operating procedures, risk registers, and program management trackers across all functions.
  • Cash Flow Management:
  • Track monthly cash flow, profitability improvement plans, and key business metrics with relevant owners.
  • Investor Relations: Support fundraising, investor reporting, board updates, and data room management for due diligence cycles.
  • Internal Audit: Track implementation of internal audit findings, cost optimization initiatives, and working capital improvement plans.
  • Cross-Functional Meetings: Facilitate periodic cross-functional review meetings and document action items and follow-ups.

Preferred Background:

A Certified Accountant or MBA in Finance with 1–3 years of experience in finance program management, senior leadership roles, or strategic initiatives in sectors like Design & Build, EPC, real estate, or infrastructure companies. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills with hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software, business intelligence tools, and cross-functional governance are essential.
