  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities via online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
  • Maintain company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Prepare tailored, persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed agreed performance goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding, with a strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft winning proposals and build lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
